Patients with emergency cases and/or having respiratory symptoms shall be recommend to avail services thru hospital triage as this is still the best option for patient to be assessed.

Requirement:
a. Most Recent Xray Results (Not more than 2 weeks since Xray) with reading/interpretation (Not Image Only)
b. Brgy Certificate stating the following:
-That you are not Suspected/PUI for COVID19
-Did not Travel outside Baguio / Completed 14 Day Quarantine
